Pricing questions
Do I need a subscription to use the one-time services?
No. You can take the free assessment and then buy any one-time service (Prepare, Done-for-you, Refusal Rescue) without a subscription. Plus is bundled in free with Done-for-you and is not needed for a single application.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If your application is refused because of a documentation error we missed, we refund your service fee and help you reapply for free. We guarantee our process, never the visa decision. The embassy's decision belongs to the embassy.
Do government fees go to Rekoja?
No. Government fees (Home Office application fee, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometrics) are paid directly to the government. They are shown in your cost estimate before you pay us anything.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (GBP, for UK and international card payments) and Paystack (NGN, for Nigerian bank transfers and cards). All costs are shown in full before you confirm payment.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no caseworker work has started. Once a caseworker has reviewed your file, a partial refund may apply. See the refund policy for full terms.
What does the consultation credit mean?
If you book a consultation (£39 / ₦70,000) and then proceed to any paid service tier, the consultation fee is credited against what you owe. You pay the difference, not the full tier price on top.
