Refund Policy

The short version

Before we start work on your case, you can have your money back. Once work has begun, the fee covers the work done. If your application is refused because of a documentation error we missed, you get a full refund and we prepare the reapplication free. Government fees are never ours to refund.

Our guarantee

If your application is refused because of a documentation error we missed, we refund your service fee in full and prepare your reapplication at no extra charge. This is a promise about our work, never about the visa decision. No one can guarantee a visa decision, and we do not.

Refunds by service

• Prepare. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not opened the toolkit. Once opened, the service has been delivered.
• Done-for-you and Refusal Rescue. Full refund if you cancel before a caseworker or specialist starts on your case. After that, the fee covers the work already done. If we cannot proceed for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.
• Consultation. Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session; inside 24 hours, we rebook you once at no charge. If you buy any preparation service within 30 days, the consultation fee is credited toward it in full.
• Add-ons. Refunded with the order they are attached to, or on their own if cancelled before any work has started.
• Plus subscription. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Part-used billing periods are not refunded. A free trial cancelled before it ends is never charged.
• Managed. The written agreement for your case governs.

Government and third-party charges (visa application fees, the immigration health surcharge, biometrics, couriers) are paid to the relevant authority or provider and are not refundable by us.

How to request a refund

Email desk@rekoja.com with "Refund" in the subject line, the name and email address you purchased under, and what you are requesting. We acknowledge every request within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days, back to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable Nigerian consumer protection law. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
