Is the free assessment really free?
Yes. You see your approval score, your routes, and the gaps before you pay anything. The assessment never costs money.
What if I have had a refusal before?
A previous refusal is a risk factor, not a bar. Your approval score accounts for it and will tell you what the refusal means for your next application and what to address.
Does Rekoja guarantee approval?
Visa decisions belong to the relevant authority. Rekoja makes sure everything in your control is right: complete evidence, consistent documents, every gap flagged before you file.

What is the difference between Prepare and Done-for-you?
Prepare is the self-serve toolkit: your approval score, tailored checklist, evidence guidance, and document upload. Done-for-you adds a named Rekoja caseworker who prepares the whole application for you, with a second reviewer signing off before you submit.
