Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use Rekoja or buy any of our services. "Rekoja", "we", and "us" means the company you are dealing with: Rekoja Ltd, registered in England and Wales, which runs the platform, or Rekoja Nigeria Limited, registered in Nigeria, which runs the service desk in Lagos.

What we do

Rekoja helps you prepare visa, study, and relocation applications. Our services include self-serve preparation tools, application preparation by a caseworker, refusal analysis, consultations, subscriptions, and add-ons. Current services and prices are always listed on the pricing page.

We do not provide regulated UK immigration advice. Our advice and preparation services are delivered by Rekoja Nigeria Limited from Lagos, Nigeria.

What we do not do

• We do not decide applications. Only the relevant government authority can approve or refuse your application.
• We do not guarantee outcomes. Any score or estimate is an estimate, not a prediction.
• We do not sell guaranteed scholarships, guaranteed university places, or reserved visa slots. No one can honestly sell those (see Verify it's us).
• We do not create, alter, or misrepresent documents, and we never hold or use your government login details.

Where our product uses AI, the AI never invents visa rules. Rules come from our verified rules database or a live check of an official source, and we show you which one you are looking at.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us true, complete, and up-to-date information and documents. We prepare your application based on what you provide, and we rely on your honesty.

You also agree not to misuse the service: no false information, no preparing an application for someone who has not agreed to it, no interfering with or abusing our systems, and no sharing your account.

Paid casework

Before a caseworker starts on your case, you accept an engagement letter setting out exactly what work will be done. Accepting it also confirms that our staff may view the documents you upload for that case. We may run an identity check before certain applications are filed.

Our guarantee

If your application is refused because of a documentation error we missed, we refund the service fee for that case and support your reapplication for free. This is a promise about our own work, never about the government's decision. Full conditions are in the refund policy.

Your account

You can close your account at any time in Settings, then Security, once any open case is finished or cancelled. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

Liability

Except where the law does not allow liability to be limited (for example death, personal injury, or fraud), our liability to you is limited to a reasonable amount connected to the fees you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

The law of England and Wales applies when you deal with Rekoja Ltd. The law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria applies when you deal with Rekoja Nigeria Limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. Where a change materially affects an open case, we will tell you directly.
