A scholarship, another country
These signs hold for every country.
Anyone asking you to pay to apply, or to secure a place.
The funder's own page says what it asks of you.
A scholarship that is only in a message.
If the funder's own site has no page for it, ask the funder.
Anyone who says you will be selected.
Only the funder chooses who it funds. No one can promise you the award.
Only the government that issues the visa decides.
This shows you where to look. It is not advice about your own case.
