A scholarship, Canada
The scholarship's own page on the funder's own site. Find it by searching the funder's name yourself.
That an award letter is real, or that you will be selected. Only the funder can tell you that.
Anyone asking you to pay to apply, or to secure a place.
The funder's own page says what it asks of you.
A scholarship that is only in a message.
If the funder's own site has no page for it, ask the funder.
Only the government that issues the visa decides.
This shows you where to look. It is not advice about your own case.
