If an agency is involved: the Federal Ministry of Labour's list of registered employment agencies. It has no search box, so read it page by page. Updated on 14 October 2026.
Open the Ministry's listThe company itself: search its name on the CAC's own site. Updated on 14 October 2026.
Open the CAC's siteThat the company is hiring, that the job is real, or that the person writing to you works there.
An agency that is not on the Ministry's list, and asks you to pay.
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment: "If they are not organizations that are licensed by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment" and "they are charging fees for services rendered, then they are most likely fraudulent."
